Eklutna Inc. began developing Powder Ridge in the late 1990's. The subdivision has developed with vision and guidance, and the final phases should be built out in the coming years. 
Powder Ridge is located at the North Eagle River interchange, just minutes from downtown Anchorage. It offers spacious and luxurious home sites with a spectacular view of the Chugach Range, gently rolling landscapes, heavily treed lots - all with public sewer, water and streets. Many of Alaska's premier builders are building here.
