"federal stimulus money" that is no longer available? Kaugh and Lof knew that money did not exist. Obama's pipe dream bit so many American's and state economies in the ass! Obama lied and state budgets died because stimulus monies were never going to be appropriated in the first place. Another civics/political lesson over.
