Liar's or spinners

Posted in: Muscatine

Never mind. I found another instance that proves your selective reading.

"Iowa is projected to have a budget surplus and balance in so-called “rainy day” accounts of roughly $900 million in the fiscal year that ends June 30th. However, the upcoming fiscal year has hurdles stemming from roughly $700 million of what is considered as “one-time money,” which is largely federal stimulus money that is no longer available to help prop up the state’s budget."

"federal stimulus money" that is no longer available? Kaugh and Lof knew that money did not exist. Obama's pipe dream bit so many American's and state economies in the ass! Obama lied and state budgets died because stimulus monies were never going to be appropriated in the first place. Another civics/political lesson over.

The rainy day fund was there when Kaufmann and Lofgren were giving their talks. Spin or Lie?

Yeh, so what?  I don't get your point.  Go back once again and read my post: ""The auditor explained that it is “inaccurate to say we will have an $850 million to $900 million budget surplus for fiscal year 2012,”    That was your contention in your original post in this thread wasn't it?
