Wright Lane Ranches, an acreage subdivision, is geographically nestled between Nampa and Kuna ID.  The subdivision offers the advantages of a rural lifestyle with the amenities of the “big city” just minutes away.  The wide open vistas offer commanding views of the Owyhee Mountains to the south and the Boise Mountains to the north and northeast.  During winter evenings, we have a spectacular view of Bogus Basin Ski Resort bejeweled by the mountain snow and resort lights.  At the height of summer, we are bordered by lush farm land that provides local produce and seeds used to grow food nationally.

Although a little off the beaten path, we enjoy a quiet and traffic congestion free way of life.  The trains that frequent the nearby tracks, bringing the necessities of modern life to southern Idaho, are a gentle reminder of days gone by.  Living outside the city limits also affords us the opportunity to own farm animals and pets that contribute to the country feel of the community.

As a small HOA, we look out for and help each other in ways lost in larger communities—we actually know our neighbors.  Life is good in Idaho.
