Kelvyn Park has experienced marked improvements in the last twenty years. Residents have joined together to improve and beautify their neighborhood. There are lovely brick homes with attractive architectural detailing as well as low-rise appartment buildings and frame bungalows, prices are moderate for Chicago and this neighborhood enjoys two beautiful parks and convenient access to freeways. Dining and shopping is plentiful and there are public elementary and secondary schools in the neighborhood.
