Dear Springs at Stone Oak Residents,

I hope this message finds you and your families well.

 

First, An Apology

I want to start by apologizing for the lack of communication and transparency recently. Life gets in the way sometimes, and I know our community deserves better. I wanted to take this opportunity to update you all on several important matters affecting our neighborhood.

 

New HOA Management Company

We're pleased to announce that we've partnered with RowCal as our new HOA management company. This change will help us provide better service and support to our community.

You should have received (or will soon receive) a letter in the mail containing information for you to create your account at https://rowcal.cincwebaxis.com/. If you haven't received this letter yet, please contact RowCal directly for assistance.

 

Gate Status Update

We've been addressing issues with our entrance gate:

  • The faulty gate controller has been replaced

  • Unfortunately, there's currently an electrical issue that needs to be addressed by the city

  • We're working to get this resolved as quickly as possible

  • Until then, the gates need to remain locked open to ensure access to our community

 

Next Board of Directors Meeting

Details for our next BOD meeting will be announced soon. We'll make sure to provide plenty of advance notice.

 

Community Marquee

We'll be replacing the marquee in the near future. Until then, we'll do our best to keep it updated with important community information.

 

HOA Dues Payment Information

We're working with RowCal to send a comprehensive letter to the community with detailed instructions for semi-annual dues payment. Important: There will not be any late fees assessed until 30 days after that mailing goes out.

Mailbox Issue

We've discovered that the Post Office did not lock our mailboxes today. We're not sure what caused this issue, but we've contacted the Post Office for immediate resolution.

 

Bulk Trash Pickup

We're currently working on scheduling bulk trash pickup for our community. I'll update everyone as soon as we have confirmation on a date.
