Very close to Downtown, bordering beautiful Garfield Park, tiny Fifth City appears to be an up and coming neighborhood. Old and new co-exist happily together, brick row houses and newly constructed condos and townhomes create a good choice of affordable housing styles. The neighborhood is primarily residential but shopping, restaurants and nightlife are available close by. The neighborhood has a spacious, roomy feel, with a relativly low population density.
