Problem is I think that people know cops go in the bar so some are afraid to say anything to the bar owners.
That is dumb.
I hope they see these postings and do something about the loudness of the music.
Get offon the right foot for the summer and have everyone get along.

Mediation?
If the problem gets too big for the summer and the owners can't get it under control, than I can suggest that the Mediation Center be contacted for mediation with the bar owners.
Having been in their place though, I think if they see these postings they're responsible enough folks to take steps about the music.

WHY BE AFRAID
Why is this such an issue to some about police officers eating lunch or dinner at one of our local grills.they need to eat too if they all parked at Mc Donalds or Dunkin Donuts would you all still be so upset.I believe having the local police stop and eat at the local pub & grill is good for the neighborhood, it brings more of them to the area. i for one living near the bar have no complaints about the expouser of the squad cars in the area. the fact that they are visable probably deters morecrime than if they where not here at all.
