We could use a few volunteers to work with our board members on National Night Out on 8/7/12. Times are set up from noon to 6 PM. This involves the tents, staging, tables, ice runs. The tents require at least 4 adults to set up each HOA tent. We do this in order to keep the tent in their best condition for future use. Same with breaking them down.
Event times 6 to 9 P M
Break down 9 to 11 PM

The goal is to have enough volunteers so that staff working HOA related tents can split those task up and enjoy the event.
