Council approves NASCAR Hall of Fame agreement
Charlotte City Council approved amendments to the NASCAR Hall of Fame agreement that will bring the facility into more of a break-even position and put it on a stronger financial footing moving forward.
The City (which owns the building), the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (CRVA) (which operates the hall) the two lenders, Bank of America and Wells Fargo, and NASCAR were all part of discussions that took place over the last year in an effort to develop these amendments.
