Rezoning of 4500 Park Road

This email is concerning the rezoning of the property at 4500 Park Rd., which is located on the southwest corner of Park Rd and Montford Dr.  As representatives of the Madison Park Home Owners Association, we wanted to give you a heads up regarding the upcoming Community Meeting planned for Tuesday, April 14th at 6:30 PM, the meeting will take place in the conference room of our office which is located at 4530 Park Road, Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28209.  We will also be mailing letters concerning the rezoning to the Madison Park neighbors surrounding the property.

 

If you have any questions prior to the meeting, please feel to contact either myself or Lat H. Dear Property Owner:

Please be advised that a formal application has been submitted to Mecklenburg County seeking

approval for the property described below to be rezoned from the current O-2 zoning to MUDD.

4500 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28209, which is located at the

southwest corner of Park Road and Montford Drive. Building is

currently operating as a hair salon (Shapes).

Lat Purser and Associates is requesting that Mecklenburg County approves this rezoning in

order to allow for the development of approximately 4,700 square feet of retail space on the

property described above.

In compliance with the Mecklenburg County Zoning Ordinance, a Community Meeting will be

held to provide you with an opportunity to become fully aware of our development intentions, as

well as the opportunity to give any input you may have. The Community Meeting will be held on

Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 6:30 PM, located at 4500 Park Road, Suite 300 in the Large

Conference Room.

At this meeting, we will make every effort to illustrate how the property will be developed, as well

as answer any questions or concerns you may have. Should you have any questions prior to
