Dennis from Code Enforcement

Posted in: Madison Park

Reminded the board yesterday that it is his job to enforce code violations and that includes trash cans and yard waste out early, not prepped properly, or containers left on the curb after midnight pick up day.   President Douglas Welton mentioned this at last nights HOA meeting, and it will be in the minutes.

Be sure to follow the rules to avoid citations and fines.   These things are enforced in Madison Park, Montclaire, and Starmount by Dennis our inspector.  Dennis is very proactive and does a great job.   He is the reason our community looks so great.

This site had helpful tips to avoid issues with code enforcement.
