311 hours changing on July 1, 2015
Effective on Wednesday, July 1, CharMeck 311 will have new operating hours. Customer service representatives will be available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The office will be closed on weekends and on City-recognized holidays. Residents can still make requests online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.??‹

Starting Wednesday, July 1, CharMeck 311 will operate under new business hours. The call center will close one hour earlier on weekdays, as well as on weekends and City-recognized holidays.

311 NEW HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Weekends and holidays: closed

These new hours will allow 311 to provide support that matches the needs and calling habits of the community. Outside of regular business hours, callers can report water, sewer, storm water and animal emergencies via an automated service that dispatches assistance.

Common service requests, such as bulky item pickup, pothole repairs and park shelter reservations, can be made online 24/7 at CharMeck.org.
