Do you have an idea that could improve your community? Keep Charlotte Beautiful wants to hear about it!

 

Keep Charlotte Beautiful (KCB) is accepting ideas in the form of Letters of Intent for its Beautification Grant. The grant provides Charlotte neighborhoods, schools, nonprofit organizations up to $5000 for beautification projects in their communities. 

KCB Board members will review all the Letters of Intent and select finalists who will be invited to submit a formal grant application. They will use a competitive scoring process to select a grant recipient.

The deadline to submit Letters of Intent to kcb@charlottenc.gov is Monday, January 4th, 2016 at 5:00pm.

Keep Charlotte Beautiful (KCB) was founded in 1974 and is one of the nation's first Keep America Beautiful affiliates. The board works closely with neighborhood organizations and homeowner's groups, as well as with area businesses, schools, and local governments to achieve its goals. KCB's objective is to enhance the quality of life of Charlotteans by maintaining and improving the cleanliness and beauty of our city.
