The block of factory sealed Velveeta Cheese my mom was using for Christmas Dinner was full of what appeared to be shards of broken glass!   It was purchased in Middle TN.   The stuff was sharp enough it cut your finger and appeared to be nothing but plain clear glass coming out of it in the block of cheese.   She had numerous pieces of it and the block still contains it inside it.

I did a quick search on line and discovered glass has been reported during past year in Memphis TN and in Indiana in same product. 

Can't wait to hear what Kraft will say about this one.

She had to throw the dish she was preparing out for safety.

Worse I ate part of that block after Thanksgiving.  I sliced the end of it and probably had not had that particular cheese since I was a kid. 

Maybe not such an isolated issues.  Also found where glass has been found in Kraft Mac and Cheese resulting in recalls in spring, and individual slices of cheese apparently had glass in them in Mississippi according on line news stories.

What is going on Kraft Foods???

Kraft Foods has requested email pictures of what was inside cheese today.
