Summer Camp

Summer Camp Registration Now Open

Although it may be cold outside, it's not too early to begin thinking about summer. Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation is now accepting registration for 2016 summer camps.

Camps are offered for youth and teens at affordable rates throughout the County. The selection includes aquatic camps, nature camps, traditional day camps and much more. You can view a complete list of camps here.

Sign Up Now for Park and Rec's Spring Youth Sports Leagues

The Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department invites parents with children interested in playing baseball or softball or competing in track and field to register Feb. 1 – 29 for the upcoming spring co-ed recreation season. Space is limited, so register early! A birth certificate is required for proof of age, determined as of April 1, 2016.

Senior Games

Go for the Gold: Sign Up Now for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Senior Games

The Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department invites all active adults and seniors, age 50 or better, to register between Jan. 30 and March 18 for the 2016 Charlotte-Mecklenburg Senior Games & Silver Arts. Events and activities are scheduled at various venues throughout the County between April 12 and June 11.
