The second primary will be June 7th, 2016 for NC.
March 15th Primary will be winner take all for all those races this one time only. NO RUNNOFF.
2nd primary June 7th required due to the judges ruling on district lines for congressional races being unacceptable, and those district boundaries having to be redrawn.
