Wedgewood is hosting this important LGBT and Allies Event. Hope you can participate. You must respond to the invitation no later than May 25. This is an excellent opportunity to invite people to Wedgewood.
We hope to have our bounce house up, balloon buster game out, putting green set up, and we hope you will give tours of our art gallery and sanctuary.
Join us for the 2016 Community Picnic on June 5
For the fourth year, we're partnering with the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) for our annual Community Picnic. This year's event is Sunday, June 5 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Like last year, Charlotte Pride and PFLAG will be joining us in the fun! This will be a great time to reconnect with fellow chapter members and meet new faces from HRC, Charlotte Pride, and PFLAG.
Who and what can I bring?
We encourage you to bring family, friends, allies, children and co-workers with you, along with any games or activities you'd like to play, such as football, volleyball, softball or bocce. We plan to have kickball, face painting, a DJ and fun activities for kids. Food and beverages will be provided - you're welcome to bring your own bag lunches, snacks or drinks as well.
