The HOA calendar does not show the monthly socials.

Also, a link to the 'official' HOA website, madisonparkcharlotte.org should be

prominently displayed.  Is anything posted about the street light plans

for Wedgewood and Montford on this site?

Lastly, the contacts header still says 2015, and FYI Tawney

has resigned due to her house being partially damaged from

a large tree falling on it while she was inside.  The new president

is Emily Bartlett.

There is a reference ot Madison Park Charlotte first thing on this site home page.  Douglas wrote it.  It states madisonparkcharlotte.org is the home page of the hoa. 

I heard about the tree at Kay's home.  That is unfortunate, she emailed to let me know, but did not know she had stepped down.

I don't have any info on the street light plans.  No one has shared that info.   I did see the letter a resident received in the mail on Brockbank. It was my understanding HOA was using the new site they pay for for official HOA business, so perhaps that is why they didn't shre it.  

If you want something on this site send it and I will be happy to add it.

I don't even recall seeing anything on the street light plans in the minutes, but perhaps I overlooked them.   Also a Montclaire resident mentioned they did not need them from Valley Forge to Chedworth on election day, but that is all I know on the topic.  I have seen no plans.
