Has cardboard sign ...something about being a vet.   Ran out of gas.   2 days ago he was down at Woodlawn / South with same sign and same gas can.

BEWARE!!!!

I understand there was an arrest made today of one of the two.   You can feel bad for those in need, but not when they are scamming people.
