You can't really see him, but you clearly hear the female telling them to not shoot him. 

Police need to get their videos out.  

Especially if they have better video from CMPD that shows their side.

It really does appear there was no gun on the street and the pic CMPD released showing a gun was not there in the video the wife took at the time it happened.
