Dear Y Members,

We are extremely grateful for your flexibility and understanding. This week has presented unique circumstances for our Ys and we apologize for the inconveniences caused by early closings and delayed openings at some of our branches. Following the guidance of local authorities and due to the ongoing state of emergency and city-wide curfew in Charlotte, the Gateway Village and Childress Klein YMCAs closed at 5:00 PM this evening. The Dowd YMCA will close at 7:00 PM. Additionally, branches located within Charlotte's city limits will open at 7:00 AM on Monday if the curfew is still active. This will allow our staff the time needed to arrive safely and open our facilities in cooperation with the proclamation. All other branches will open as usual.
