In an effort to help our customers navigate consistency issues, Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement's code administrators will host a brown-bag luncheon from noon-1 p.m. Nov. 3rd, in the Pine-Fraser Fir Conference Room, fourth floor, 2145 Suttle Avenue.
Topics will include discussion of regular trade consistency meetings, Mecklenburg County's consistency policy and its implementation in plan review and the field, the appeals process, and a Q&A.
Contractors, design professionals, owner/developers, and any customer or potential customer with an interest in consistency issues is invited to attend. No RSVP is necessary. Please bring your own lunch, if you wish.
