Here's the latest, Martin. The McCrory campaign is using an NCGOP lawyer to attack the Republican appointed board of elections in Durham County.

Governor McCrory appointees were the ones who administered the election and reported the results.

We are confident that once the results are certified, they will confirm Roy's victory. The McCrory team's complaints are nothing more than a desperate attempt to overturn results of an election they have lost.
