Dear Mobile Food Vendor Community Advisory Group and Interested Parties,

 

 

The proposed changes to the City of Charlotte Zoning Ordinance as they relate to Mobile Food Vendors is scheduled for a public hearing at the January 17, 2017 City Council meeting.  Parking is available in the parking deck on Davidson street across from the Government Center.

 

The meeting will be held in the Meeting Chamber located at 600 East 4th Street (Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center), Charlotte, North Carolina 28202 beginning at 5:30 PM.  

We have worked on the update to the Ordinance since 2014 and believe that the proposed text amendment best addresses the concerns expressed during our community advisory meetings as well as the comments and feedback received from City Council.
