Calling all vendors to participate in the 2017 Charlotte Career Discovery Day
The City of Charlotte Neighborhood & Business Services Department is calling all local vendors to participate in the fourth annual Charlotte Career Discovery Day (CCDD), a career exploration event that attracts thousands of Mecklenburg County high school students each year. This exciting event will be held 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at The Park Expo and Conference Center.
The CCDD is a collaboration between the City of Charlotte and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) with support from various community stakeholders. It’s a highly engaging event that will feature a variety of interactive industry zones designed to expose approximately 4,000 youth to emerging careers in a variety of sectors.
You and your business are invited to join the team this year to showcase your career to the next generation of employees on April 20. Please visit our website and register as a CCDD vendor. Together, let’s support our youth as they launch their futures.
