I see the Feb. 13, 2017 HOA meetings finally were uploaded on the new site. There is now a copy on this site. Never did see a copy of the Jan. 2017 minutes posted.

On this site just click the right margin from home page under newsletter and you can find all the copies of the HOA Meeting Minutes going back to 2002.
From these meeting minutes it appears there was no elecrtions held in 2016 for the 2017 year. It states that two board members are rolling off now and that two more board members come off the end of the year.
Traditionally the elections were always held in the fall after a open nomination period that was well advertisded to the community.
Apparently the bylaws were not voted for amendment at the Jan. 2017 meeting as advertised last fall, as it was stated in these late postings of the minutes that the bylaws would be voted at the March 2017 Meeting.
I know there was an issue with the school not being opened for that Jan. 2017 Meeting and there was something sent out saying the HOA meeting would take place another night that week.
