Crossing Charlotte comes one step closerCross Charlotte Trail (XCLT) segment connecting Little Sugar Creek through Cordelia Park to Noda opens May 3 Meet Dianna Ward, who lives in the Villa Heights neighborhood and takes the Cross Charlotte Trail (XCLT) to work.
