Grand Crossing is an affordable neighborhood with a mix of single family homes and both new and older condominium buildings. This neighborhood is home to ETA Creative Arts Foundation a well respected and successful theatre arts program in existance since 1971. The Gary Corner Youth Center is a newer, valued addition to the area providing many activities and services to the children of the neighborhood. Two large green spaces, Oak Wood Cemetery and Grand Crossing Park provide space to spend time in nature.
