I don't  think we need Rush to tell us that will be the case.  In fact, I'd be pretty surprised if this earthquake doesn't end up being Bush's fault.

If Bush can create  hurricanes, he surely can create earthquakes. LOL

 I see by tv that Bush and Clinton have teamed up to 'help Haiti' in this disaster.They need so much help! They have needed help for a LONG time. It is such a poor country.
