The system has been down for days online. The Charlotte 311 app works and you can access on a tablet the 311 app. I have been told that IT is working hard to figure out the issue. It might be time for new IT.
Online no address is valid. They all come up UNDEFINED.
For whatever reason this does not happen on the app.
So use the app if you are trying to put something in the 311 system.
