Mobay...

My work here is done.  I believe I've made my point.  And to help you with your recovery, I have uncovered this post you made years ago.  This proves that you are capable of independent thought, that you can write things in your own words that, while not perfect, are easily readable.  It shows that you don't have to just take up space to make a point.  And it proves that people other than yourself will respond if you don't waste their time with all of the prepackaged video conspiracy garbage that you are so fond of.

Feel free now to carry on.  I'll most likely just skip over anything with your name attached, as most here do, but may click one open from time to time to see how your rehab is going.

Really, hmmm didn't know you owned this forum! So what gives you the right to interfere with my posting a post of MY choice. Use your right to choice and don't click on a post you don't like. I don't like the re-post of the factor quotes but I respect the poster's right to choose his/hers own post, and just because I don't like it, it don't give me the right to insult, name call or ridicule them like team bully does. Do you even understand what the word freedom means (Freedom in this country means that it doesn't matter where you come from, or what the circumstances of your birth are. It doesn't matter who you know, or how well connected you are. It doesn't matter what your religious or spiritual beliefs are, or what language you speak at home. It is the freedom to pursue any goal in life that doesn't harm others. It is the freedom to speak your mind without worrying about a violent backlash.)?

what about respect (to show regard or consideration for: to respect someone's rights.)? With liberty comes freedom but also responsibility to show respect to others so they too can enjoy freedom!!!! you don't watch/read my post but you have an opinion, disrespect, name call, insult and try to belittle my post shows team bully has little understanding of respect, freedom and liberty(As I was discussing these ideas with my good friend, Attorney Arnold Slavet, we decided to write down a list of principles that we believe are fundamental to living in liberty.

We offer them for your consideration and comment:

    1. I respect the dignity of the individual. I support the liberty of all human beings and their right to lead their lives as they choose, as long as they do not interfere with the liberty of others.

    1. I respect the sanctity and preciousness of life.

    1. I hold that all humans are created equal and should be treated equally under the law.

    1. I accept responsibility for the choices I make in my life.

    1. I commit to being trustworthy in all of my actions and deeds – my word is my bond.

    1. I hold that the freedom to engage in economic activity through voluntary, mutually beneficial exchanges is the primary means by which we, as individuals living in a community, contribute to others even as we take care of ourselves and our families.  The freedom to engage in economic activity is constitutive of a civil society and fundamental to our liberty.

    1. I hold the right to own property is fundamental to liberty and that first and foremost, each human being owns himself and the product of his or her work.  The institution of slavery was, is, and will always be an abomination of the most sacred property right of all.

    1. I condemn acts of greed in all of their forms including theft, fraud, embezzlement, deceit and the use of the coercive power of government to gain undue advantage.

    1. I recognize that the judicious use of the government’s coercive power is essential to liberty.  However, this power also gives government and those that control it the ability to impose their will, and thereby deny the very liberty our government was created to secure.  The will of the majority does not legitimize tyranny nor can it justify the loss of liberty.

    1. I recognize that liberty is a choice.  I acknowledge that to live in liberty requires that I accept that no one, no group, and no government can guarantee my well-being. I encourage and embrace voluntary organizations that help us cope with the vicissitudes of life.

    1. I commit to producing a more compassionate society -- with freedom and justice for all -- through the actions of individuals and voluntary organizations.   Further, I commit to create new institutions and to strengthen existing institutions that expand the sphere of private activities and thereby reduce the purview and power of government in our day-to-day lives.

  1. I commit to conduct my life in a manner that supports, strengthens and expands our liberty and the liberty of the community in which we live.

I believe living in liberty goes beyond whom we elect, as important as that is. Living in liberty begins and ends with the manner in which we live our lives.  Liberty lives in the habits and virtues we teach our children and others by the actions we take and the choices we make.   Though it is a gift from our Creator, how liberty manifests itself in our lives, in our communities, and in our nation is up to each of us.)

You have made no point to me except that you don't respect others and don't understand your responsibilities you have under the principals of freedom and liberty!

here is a video called what would john wayne do! link please watch to the end a total of 3:46 mins to hear about davy crockett!

here is two videos of buddy roemer just listen to what he says about washington D.C. link, link Potential 2012 Republican Presidential candidate, Buddy Roemer, speaking at the Iowa Faith and Freedom Coalition.

Feel free to continue on, Ha you've not stopped me, might be a bit of an annoyance is all and don't flatter yourself you have little effect on me!!!! but I apparently have had a big effect on you!!!

I'm going to lay low for a few days to do some research and allow for a post to take it's natural course and then I shall return. good day sir!!!!!

    1. I hold that all humans are created equal and should be treated equally under the law.

I take some exception to that one:

Yes, all individuals are created equal.  But not all individuals deserve the same protection under law.  For example, non citizens do not deserve the same protections and benefits that citizens of our great country deserve.  Especially those that do not bother to gain citizenship through the legal process of study and qualification that foreign born new citizens deserve.

In addition, you must admit that immediately after the process of "creation" of the individual, they are no longer guaranteed equality especially by nature and the natural world.  Some are gestated and born to healthy mentally fit people, some are not.  It's not their fault.  It's just the way the cards are dealt. So, in most cases, nature trumps the lawyers and politicians.

Also, convicted felons and other undesirables that have screwed up their lives and others because of their decisions and resultant behavior will logically be treated differently than law abiding useful citizens.  But I grant that, yes, all citizens should be treated equally in the legal system, if that is what you mean.
