How about

a nice Porter or Bock? Both of them are dark or at least the ones we brew are. Also have a nice concoction called Seconds that is going to be darker then most of the brews we make.
Chocolate wouldn't be hard to add, just use a choclate grain.
Our next venture into brewing will be an English Bitter. Harvested the hops last night just have to dry and use them.
