Thankx Nedl for asking. I think that it was, conssidering it was threatening rain most of the morning! It was held in 2 locationgs, one @ WestSide Store, and the other @ HyVee. The ladies did a fine job, and, we washed a lot of cars. Got to meet lilsmom, that was quite a treat. I enjoyed helping out. Maybe they'll do one more, before the weather turns sour. Tom.
I hate thinking that the weather will "turn sour" Tom. But we know that fall is close when the stores have the candy corn out! So many flavors to choose from now, I can't say which is my favorite - probably the one that is in front of me at the time tho the original probably is the best seller. Fall also means the chocolate candy is in great demand. You can get it home from the store without melting - that is IF you don't eat it all on the way home.
