Let's see here...with the "facts" that davieboy supplied earlier about when the NCLB bill was signed into law and started...January 8th, 2002...we can now show who the fool is that agreed with the above question before fact-checking when laying fault.

Republican control of Congress ended June 6th, 2001. Demoncrat control started that day and lasted until November 12th, 2002. When signed into law, Jan 8th, 2002, davie, Liberals were in charge of Congress...So, who again started/signed the law that you despise, davie? Will you speak your distain for those evil democrats that were in charge of Congress when this law was signed??? Or, will you remain two-faced and looking the fool?

How can you sit there taking pot shots at republicans/conservatives when your own words used against you prove how badly the democrats/liberals have let you down and failed you? You're words and logic are your own worst enemy.
