Big Brother, there doesn't have to be charges. The AG reported that Fieth inappropriately used intel. That is fact. it is fact that there was nothing new in the NIE from Clinton to Bush. Seriously, all it requires is honest evaluation of what happened. There is no reasonable way to justify Fieth's inappropriate use, or to argue that Iraq was growing and gathering when there was no intel showing that. Sorry. Again, the facts show you wrong, still.
Therein lies your problem....there is nothing more than opinions on the matter. Fieth? Feith is not Bush. There are no hard facts. There was no intell? Sure...Clinton's boys were in charge of that. But that's just opinion too.
When you gonna prove the lie? You've been spoutin' off about it for years. All I see is opinion and more lies. Honest evaluation? Of what? Someone else's opinions?
No thanks. I deal in facts...which you and davieboy cannot provide.
Aagin you're wrong. Feith works for Cheney who works for Bush. Feith was not an independent agent. And it is a fact that the AG found he used intel inappropriately. Did Cheney fire him for it? No. Did Bush condemn or fire anyone for it? No. Accountability starts at the top and not the bottom.
A lie is when you knowingly present something false. Bush had information that the mobile trucks, for example, were not labs. This can be found on any reasonable search, yet it allowed it to be reported that they were secret labs (through Feith's office, working for Cheney). He knew the Aluminum tubes were not for nukes (another example and one reported early on by PBS' Frontline), yet he wrongly allowed that evidence to be presented. There was absolutely no evidence showing any connection between Al Qaeda and Saddam, but Bush allowed coearsed testimoney that the CIA doubted to be put in NIE through Feith. Using such knowingly doubted intel is a lie by any reasonable standard.
Now I can't make you or anyone be a critical thinker, but the evidence is there if you want to see it. And all of the support is easily googled, again if you care to know.
