Terroristic Threat Law & Legal Definition:

A terroristic threat is a crime generally involving a threat to commit violence communicated with the intent to terrorize another, to cause evacuation of a building, or to cause serious public inconvenience, in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror or inconvenience. It may mean an offense against property or involving danger to another person that may include but is not limited to recklessly endangering another person, harassment, stalking, ethnic intimidation, and criminal mischief.

The following is an example of a Texas statute dealing with terroristic threats:

TERRORISTIC THREAT

(a) A person commits an offense if he threatens to commit any offense involving violence to any person or property with intent to:

who threatened you? it wasnt me......this thread was addressed to big bro...by the way chosen u used my name on here as well.....you started all of this accusing me and nedl of being one in the same....ive continually asked you for proof ...which you refuse to provide.....you have made your libelous statement.....you freely admit to many usernames so that you can harass people. You gain pleasure in starting trouble...you have stated.......you have told me to leave this site and never return....again all of this started when you were accusing nedl and i of being one in the same.......your distorting the facts as usual.....the topic of this post was "big brother" nowhere in the title is the name chosen...i did not ask for your input ....so u pull whatever you want to pull...but it will get you nowhere...... 

One last attempt, I never said you were Nedl or Nedl you. What I did was mix up the names in my repling due to a similarity in writing. It's not a crime. Our personal views on each other has been documented, along with the threats. I have copies of everything. What I do with it from here will not involve your input.
