Dont know where Kingston is but if you were a flood victim, you are still in line for assistance from FEMA and several other organizations. Rev. Benken can assit you in getting in touch with those folks that can assist. I hope you registered with FEMA. It will make it easier to assit you.

we lived in oakville when it flooded and we all ready got all that assistance i did get most of what i could . but i will call fema and ask them if they can assist too. kingston is between oakville and burlington
