I also got the expanded because I wanted speed channel, which was/is the only way to get it as of right now, I think. We also get to look forward to needing 3 more "boxes" for our TVs, from what I've read that will be another $12 a month, this is really getting rediculous, the more I think about it. Ain't it great buying a "cable ready" TV only to have to get a "box", to make it work, what a joke.

yeah the speed channel would be cool, didn't mpw use to have a bet jazz channel. I love to watch the caribbean music show, st. lucia jazz series and other world music shows that were on that channel. so what is the cost of your cable switch to digital. if the bottom is going to be around 52.00$.

MPW discontinued the premium analog channels (15 - 21) as part of the DTV switchover.  All these channels are now being carried in the digital 200 range.
