SO TIRED, You said you saw me the night of the stroll.  Let me ask you am I as hansome in person as I am here on the link?  Inquiring minds want to know.

I blame the resurgence of the gangs directly on the Muscatine City Council.  They forced the PD to disband their "street crimes" unit several years ago and I distinctly remember the police saying that that particuar cut would eventually bring the gang activity of the early 90's back.  I remeber when drive by shootings were a weekly thing and I do hope that they do not have to return in order for the Council to start paying attention.  Just look at all the new graffitti around town.

I wonder whne public safety will once again become important  to the Mayor and Council?

How did the Salvation Army program work this past Saturday for you guys? Hopefully there was a good turnout.
