Wrong track equals derailment.

Posted in: Muscatine

Observation: Interesting Rasmussen Poll Report since the election, in light of the alleged promise of hope during election season.

Wonder why liberals who are in charge of Congress just can't get with it? Where's the new hope in these results from as recent as last Friday?

Doesn't being on the wrong track usually equals a head-on or derailment...?

Friday, December 26, 2008 (in part)

"Just 17% of voters believe the United States is moving in the right direction, while 77% say it is heading down the wrong track, according to the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.

Opinions among voters have stabilized somewhat on the question since Election Day.

After reaching record highs in November, the percentages of Democratic and African-American voters who say the country is moving in the right direction began to slip last week.

The latest survey found that 26% of black voters now say the nation is heading in the right direction, compared to 24% last week. Sixty-two percent (62%) of blacks say the country is moving down the wrong track.

Opinions among Democrats haven't changed since last week, with 20% saying the nation is moving in the right direction and 73% that it is heading down the wrong track..."

Clearly, based on history, I suspect he would likely not believe it, or discount it in any manner; however, it can't be denied. Why, because there is more than just this pollster to document this fact. It's everywhere. The liberal controlled Congress is having and will have trouble with contested major legislation. They are conflicted amongst themselves, too.

Just this weekend I saw a tape of Obama saying to a kid's question, that he will bring the troops home in about six months. Later in the weekend, another tape was running with him promising the troops home in about a year and a half.

It's no wonder liberal voters were and are confused.

Your right about chosey.

I know what you mean, its funny that everyone i know voted for Mccain. I only know of 2 people who actually stated they voted for obama. My friends stated thier friends voted republican....yet a dem won. its amazing how that works doesnt....

I cant believe the messiah lied to children, telling them thier mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, friends or neighbors would be home in 6 months....talk about giving false hope....whats he gonna tell'em if he does get home in six months and has to redeploy them back there again....what a tangled web he weaves......
