I worked at Wal-mart for 2 years and I was always treated fair. One time we lost our power and the time clock was of course not working and they came around and ask everyone what hours they worked. If you don't have a college degree you have to work for lower wages. Wal-mart hires alot of retired people that no other store will. When I retired I was given a nice gift.

I started at the same wage that every one else did. I don't know what mangement started at. I know some one with a 4 year college degree and he couldn't find a job.
