Oh, how I long for the good old days.  Days...just a few months ago when this board was driven by an angel called 2 cents.  Who would drive us to fun and merriment.  She would provoke us all to laughter and sail us on her wings to silliness, frivolity and humor.  When the serious on this board complained of how silly and corny this board had gotten.  When jokes florished and posts of secret decoder rings and thongs and manpons filled the screen.  Stories of "Love Barges" and "NL Game Shows" filled our lives with just a little chuckle, enough to soothe away some of the realities of the day.  With her passing also passed the kindness and civility and humor that was Neighborhood Link.  Somewhere in heaven I think there is an angel... an angel with a tear in her eye as to what we have let this board become.

Yes she was quite the lady that really could give you a pick up. She was a perfect example of just how fragile life is with no guarantees. I am sure that she is missed by many others including me.

I couldn't agree more.  I can imagine she's really rolling her eyes at the humor void this place has become.  Jeffo, why don't you stroll around in DFs lime green thong for a while, just for old times sake.  Looks like he can't use it right now.
