Tom M.  others--- I have no idea myself, but would think that if "that" or any other individual were being punished in some way, wouldn't it clearly state that as an issue if any? Or at least say suspended or banned? There does seems to be some non-specific dislike regarding this person's postings at times,  though I have had a disagreement or two as well with him/her, it seems little reason to excommunicate him/her. We can all pop up once in a while and remark with what seems to be harsh or overly negative words. Politics and religion are always hot button topics but nothing gets me more riled than issues regarding the constitution and how lacklustered some can be regarding it's importance. Or how poorly it can be and has been treated now and then. I think that was about the only serious (To Me)disagreement I ever had with that individual.
