Mine is running just a tad faster than snail mail.

I am having the same problem as Tom and I got put on hold after I called them so I will check it later.

Same problems. VERY slow NL and my password is rejected. I imagine they're working on the mail problem at least and it should be fixed at some point. As for the slowness of this site, that's been an ongoing problem for me for ages and it seems to be getting worse. I don't know if it's because I won't let it run the "add-on" it wants to run or if it would be slow anyway.
