Wow, Jeff.  You really are a romantic!!  What a guy!!Tina is a lucky lady.  I've really been racking my brain trying to come up with something to post for Valentine's Day, but I can't come up with a thing.  It's a result of us both knowing each other so well.  I am sooooo not a romantic person.  I've tried, I just can't do it.  The poor guy, I think he's a little frustrated by the fact that I don't want him to buy me flowers.  I've just never been into that very much.  So, he'll surprise me with a bottle of Pepsi, or by picking up a movie he knows I've been wanting to see.  I'll let him go out with his buddies without giving him a hard time about it.  We both do stuff for the kids on a whim, just because we both enjoy doing stuff with them, and seeing how happy they are when the other one does things with them.  When I'm at work, I'll call him on my break just to hear his voice, and when he goes out, or he's out running errands, he'll call me(I suspect for the same reason).  After almost 16 years, we still love just hanging out with each other and not doing anything.  We've been through some really rough things in the past, things we have seen drive other couples apart, yet it always seems to bring us both closer together.  I guess what it comes down to, not only do I love him, but he's still my best friend, too.

And, leave it to Bigbrother to wish us all happy VD.  Thanks, guy.

Not really romantic to some, but my wife is the glue that has held up together for 48 years this year. plus dating for 3 years on top of that. Most were real good years but the last four were tough with her getting the short end of the deal. She did everything for me that I needed so for a little appreciation we made the trip to Florida in January. For fourteen days we ate out and enjoyed life because in my eyes she is a winner.

It is true regarding the lack of some unpleasantness. I personally cannot claim to suffer any of that though I have had only a few opposed views with "Chosen" and wasn't particularly offended. You and I have even volleyed a time or two and I thank you for your steady respect as I offer the same. It would be an oddly bland world if we all agreed ALL the time though. But it sure has been clear that he/she(Chosen), can get others stirred quite thoroughly. I hope that there might be a rekindling of a kind and civil commonness- between everyone and he or she.

We just returned from a long superb holiday out, and will expound in the morrow of it's glowing details. After so little rest last evening I am quite bushed, Happy Valentine's Day to all!!!!!!!! and to all a good night.
