Your right, crime is never funny in our world..

Maybe it would have been more "humorous" if the guy would have put a slug between the attackers eyes

Or better yet maybe he could have rubbed his belly and took him for coffee and doughnuts and they could have discussed what drove him to a life of crime. Im quite sure that a good stern "talkin to" would made him think twice before pulling his knife on the next unsuspecting victim.

I agree with that statement! although i found the humour in the whole story. The humiliation the attacker suffered at the hands of the would be victim. My guess is the attacker will think twice next time.

Why would you be looking for humor in something so serious?
