Can anyone tell me why the Congressional Budget Office, ran for over two years now by Democrats, issue a report, in the same month as they swore in their new democratic messiah, that they predict this "recession" will end during the last half of 2009? Even without the stimulus bill?

That is simple, it is your fault. You did not work hard enough and give enough money to get the right people elected.
