Good afternoon all!
Term limits. Just a start at getting a serious attitude in government. If they cannot, or do not have to focus on getting re-elected eight, nine, or twelve times--- then they would be able to focus on what they were sent there in the first place to focus upon. It's a tragedy beyond any other we have seen, the past decade. In all my years I have not imagined I would live long enough to see our electeds actually destroy what America was to become once our constitution was ratified and meant to remain. But since Nixon,--- Reagan began an imperialists power grab, Bush the father, Clinton, GW Bush and now even Obama has said he'll utilize signing statements. THE BEAT GOES ON. It's oh so painful to watch hope begin to sputter again as we fall closer to depression each day. Much of our electorate just detest Congress but for some mystical reason keep puting the same asses back in the same seats term after term. "I'm unhappy with Congress, But my guy is okay." Multiply that backward mentality over 300 million and well........ you get it.
We can hold a banner for what ever party we prefer, but fail to see that giving one a veto proof majority is just STUPID. I'm not feeling well this past couple weeks so will be breif (Uncharacteristically)

I believe you are right on with people backing a party instead of picking and choosing the right people for the job.
I refuse to listen to people that go right straight down party lines as it reminds me of the little boy that says if you do not play ball my way I will take my ball home. My thoughts on that are good bye as I do not need you.
