I like what jeff has written - altho it did spread beyond this board - and there was no reason for it. If you don't have anything nice to say about anyone, then:

A) keep your pie hole shut

or

B) ya better know who you are bashing

sometimes it can come back to bite you. I've been the subject of name calling and character degrading on this board all because of a "he said she said" mentality.  I feel that I had gotten "sweet revenge" on a few posters here that I knew personally, but didn't know I was the same person they were badmouthing until after the fact.

 I don't have any regrets about losing friends when it comes to situations as mentioned above.

 i don't have many friends as many of them have passed away, moved, or simply lost touch. I prefer it that way. Less chance of bad feelings down the road.

 An aquaintence is just that - someone you work with or see every once in awhile.

Maybe that is where I have gone astray.....wanting to make some friends when I should have instead been looking to make some acquaintances.  Those could possibly have led to making some friends.  Your post has given me something to contemplate.

Opie, That is exactly the reason I quit posting on both boards and went back to keeping quiet and just reading.

I was more upset about Tom, not Chosen. I thought Tom was a friend and he had funny posts. Guess I was wrong and makes me wonder why people do crappy things when you think they are your friends.

But as far as getting revenge on anyone here? That's kinda creepy.
