I believe it was a one-sentence masterpiece in response to a cut and paste.  He declared it was "silly", and Ned, in his infinite wisdom, pointed out that it was sillier still that he took the time to point out how "silly" it was.

You never know though.  So many people used to use that computer, it might have been anyone. 

Opie is right he is setting back watching us bicker back and forth so he is happy he caused a rucus and used our friend Tom to do it. I'M sorry tom gta or anyone else I might have offended.lets just ignor and go back to being friends and not let him rile us into anything.  thank you opie!good thing someone looks out for us!
